  • How to make cherry smoothie.
    Take 20 pitted cherries and 2 tbls of yoghurt.Put these in a blender and whizz up untill smooth.
    Pour out and enjoy.

  • Take a handful of washed mint springs from the garden and roll the back of a spoon over them to "bruise" them (this helps release the flavour) put these in your fav mug and pour over freshly boiled water. Leave to stand for 2 mins then strain in2 glass add a little honey if you prefer things sweet.
