For this lunch , you need : 

🍞 Tortillas 
🍢 Hummus 
πŸ…Vegies of your choice (tomato , salad..)
πŸ— Turkey
    🍎 Turkey hummus wrap .

    For this lunch , you need :

    🍞 Tortillas
    🍢 Hummus
    πŸ…Vegies of your choice (tomato , salad..)
    πŸ— Turkey
  • Take your tortillas and spreading hummus all over .

    Now taking the turkey ( 2 ) and put in on your tortillas .

    Go crazy with your vegies . πŸ…πŸ˜

    Annnnnnd , roll it up .

Put some fruit like strawberry or grape . 

You can put some mixed nuts . 

And yogourt .

  • Fill up a pan with some wather and put that on the flame and make it boil .

    Put your pasta until it is a nice texture . Soft but not too soft .

    Had it a bit of pasta sauce or a lot , as you like but don't go too crazy with the sauce and then mixed it . πŸ˜›

    Annnd you can had some vegies to ur pasta .
