    Ingredients
    - Frozen Mangos (1 cup)
    - water (1/4 cup)
    - half a lemon
    - sugar (if needed)

    1. You place your frozen mangos in the blender (they MUST be frozen) along with all your other ingredients

    2. Blend them until smooth, you may have to stir it every now and then because the mixture is quite thick. Food processors can be used if you don't have a blender

    3. Poor the soft mango goodness in a bowl and enjoy! It's simple but amazing

    Ingredients:
    - frozen bananas (1 cup)
    - water (1/4 cup)
    - honey (1 tablespoon)

    1. Freeze your bananas over night and place them into a blender or food processor along with the water

    2. Mix it until it is all crushed up but not yet smooth (about half way into mixing it) and then add your honey

    3. This is a very thick mixture so be patient as it may take a while. Once it's done put it in a bowl and enjoy!
