AllBerry Soy Milk Smoothie
• 1 cup soy milk
• 3 scoops vanilla ice cream ( soy and vegan options available, homemade works well too ) I don't discriminate against ice cream!!!
• 1 handful halved strawberries
• 1 handful blackberry
• 1 handful blue berry
- pretty much any berry you like 😄
• a tea spoon of lemon juice ( optional but preferred )
💚 INGREDIENTS 💚
2x kiwi fruit cut into 1/4s
1x apricot, pitted and cut into 1/6s
1/4 of a watermelon, ( roughly cut into cubes )
1/4 of rockmelon, ( roughly cut into cubes )
A handful of grapes
2x nectarine, pitted and cut into 1/6s
2x bananas, sliced (not to thin or it'll just turn to mush amongst the other fruits)
1/2 a mango, ( roughly cut into cubes )
Yogurt & Fruit Smoothie
💚 INGREDIENTS 💚
Generally, depending on your taste you pick the yogurt, however - plain fruit yogurts like strawberry/vanilla, mango etc - I recommend YOPLAIT or however the brand is spelt (sorry)
- whichever fruits are in season in your state, country, county etc.
❤️METHOD FOR SMOOTHIES ❤️
BLEND, BLEND, BLEND :)
- however with the fruit yogurt smoothie you can just skip the blending and walk out the door with a beautiful personally made yogurt - invest in carry containers for food to make these to-go meals easier TO GO :)
