  • Nutella French Toast Cinnamon Rolls

    Ingredients:
    10 slices of bread
    10 teaspoons of Nutella
    1 large egg
    1 &1/2 tablespoons of milk
    8 tablespoons of sugar
    1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
    Butter for frying

  • Instructions:
    1. Remove the crusts from the slices of bread
    2. Roll each slice of bread with a rolling pin
    3. Spread one side of each slice of flattened bread with one teaspoon of Nutella
    4. Roll up the bread tightly, sealing it shut with a dap of Nutella
    5. In a bowl, whisk the egg and milk until combined
    6. In a shallow dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon and mix well
    7. Heat some butter in a skillet
    8. Dip each roll in the egg mixture until coated, then place in the hot skillet
    9. Lightly fry until golden brown all over
    10. Then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture
    11. ENJOY!!!

  • High Protein Low Carb Cinnamon Roll

    Ingredients:
    Roll:
    3 egg whites
    1 egg
    2 scoops of cinnamon swirl protein
    8 tablespoons of almond flour1 teaspoon of baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk

    Frosting:
    1 scoop of cinnamon swirl protein
    8 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
    1 tablespoon of sweetener of your choice (e.g. stevia, honey)
    Splash of almond milk

  • Instructions:

    Cinnamon Roll:
    1. Blend together the egg whites, egg, cinnamon swirl protein, almond flour, baking soda, vanilla and unsweetened almond milk
    2. Pour into a baking pan lined with baking parchment
    3. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit (162 degrees Celsius)

    Frosting:
    1. Mix the cinnamon swirl protein, plain Greek yoghurt, sweetener and almond milk
    2. Pour over the baked batter
    3. Cut the baked cinnamon cake into 3 long strips, roll them up, and then top with more frosting
    4. ENJOY!!!

  • Strawberry Nutella French Toast Roll Ups

    Ingredients:
    6 slices of fresh bread - crusts removed
    1/2 a punnet of strawberries
    4 and 1/2 tablespoons of Nutella
    4 tablespoons of caster sugar
    1 tablespoon of butter

    Egg mixture:
    1 large egg
    2 tablespoons of milk
    Pinch of salt

  • Instructions:
    1. Combine the egg mixture in a bowl with a flat base that is large enough to lie the roll up in. Whisk to combine
    2. Spread the sugar out in a small dish
    3. Use a rolling pin to flatten the bread
    4. Spread one side of each piece of bread with about 3/4 of a tablespoon of Nutella
    5. Sprinkle strawberries along the bottom of each piece of bread
    6. Roll up the bread (the Nutella should keep it sealed)
    7. Melt the butter in a pan over a medium-high heat
    8. Roll each roll up in the egg mixture, shake off the excess then place in the pan and repeat with each roll up

  • 9. Cook for around 4 minutes until each side is golden, rotating every one minute or so
    10. Remove from the pan and immediately place in the sugar, rolling the roll up around to coat in sugar then remove and repeat with the other roll ups
    11. Serve immediately whilst warm and ENJOY!!!
