    Everyday set a timer and indiviually do as much:
    Sit up 
    Crunches
    Push ups (modified are seperate)
    Squats
    Calf raises 

    As you can in 2 minutes and document it. (Write it down) 

    Every Friday see if you increased your reps day by day. 

  • Challenge 
    Challenge yourself with a friend. Compare your results with friends.
