the two ingredients are:
first you need to separate the egg white from the yolk then yiu need to put the white into the bowl and leave it then you need to get your icing sugar with this its trial and error you need to try and get a dough like consistency mix mix mix.....
until you have got it then you need to put it on microwaveable plate only a small ball the sixe of about a roman penny or to how big you want your meringue then put it in until it is hard and glossy on the top and crunchy (dont burn it very easy to burn) then let it cool and thered you meringue!! :)
