2 Ingredient Marshmallow Fondant

  • One bag of melted marshmallows
    Mix in sifted powdered sugar
    (Won't form together)
    Take out a knead (like dough) until blended and you can pull apart the fondant about an inch before breaking. If too soft add more sugar if too hard add water (lightly) water can ruin it easier than anything.
    When touching it you will probably need crisco. Use crisco on the surface of whatever you are kneading on as well so it will not stick.
    Add food coloring for color.

  • This is the first cake I have ever made and it didn't turn out too bad. I will always make my own fondant because it's way cheaper and taste better!
