  • To complete the 2 day detox , follow each snack and meal provided for two days .


    This cleanse will clean out your body and make you feel great . Energy levels will increase and so will your mood , I guarantee :)

  • Breakfast- light shake :) 

You will need:
-1 cup of skim milk ( or soy,rice etc)
-1 cup of any types of berries 
-1 tsp of peanut butter 
-1 cup of ice
