Repeat for 1 minute
Counting every other side, twist back and forth 40 times. If possible, try holding a light weight.
Repeat 20 times on each side.
Repeat 20 times on each leg. If possible, try 15 while holding a light weight.
Repeat 15 times
2 sets of 10 tricep dips
Finish with 1 minute of jumping jacks.
