1: Cuticle Softener
Lip balms made with super-moisturizing ingredients like shea butter and coconut oil which make them perfect use for cuticle softeners. Next time you notice your cuticles looking dry and cracked, just dab a small amount of lip balm onto them and massage with your fingers. Your nails will thank you! -
2: Skin Moisturizer
Elbows and knuckles feeling a bit dry? Rub some lip balm on them! The moisturizing properties of lip balms make them the perfect solution for dry, cracked joints. Just make sure your lip balm contains the right ingredients – some balms that contain menthol, camphor and phenol may feel nice and cooling at first, but all they do in the end is dry your skin out even more. -
3:Brow Tamer
If your brows tend to be on the unruly side, turn to lip balm to tame them. Simply dab some along your brow line and brush your brows into place with a clean spoolie (it’s one of my favorite beauty tools). This will tame your brows without the stiff, “crunchy” finish of some brow gels.
4: Cheek stain
Skip the powder blush and swap in your favorite tinted lip balm instead. Simply use your finger to lightly pat the balm along your cheekbones, focusing on the apples of your cheeks. The result? A natural, dewy, glow-from-within kiss of color to your cheeks. -
5: Lip Balm Shadow
Mix lip balm with powder shadow to make it into a moisturizing creamy eyeshadow.
6:Dry Nose
Got dry noses due to cold specially during the winter season then a rub your lip balm around the nose to soothe and moisture the skin for an instant relief.
7:Blister Proof
Chapstick is also a great blister preventer, just rub the lip balm on the area you tend you get blister. The waxiness of the balm is a great barrier for your skin against the friction of painful shoes. -
8: Skin Stain
Apply a little on the hair line before you dye the hair to prevent stains on skin.
9:Lip Scrub
For a quick way to get rid of dry lips, mix sugar with lip balm and massage it into our lips for soft, smooth lips.
10: Razor Cut
Lip balm is perfect for post-shaving cuts. It takes away the pain and stops the bleeding. Lip balm can soothe and help to heal minor cut faster. -
