step 1: no caffeine.
step 2: no meat. this was very hard for me. this includes seafood and poultry too.
step 3: no dairy or other animal products. honey or yogurt too.
step 4: no alcohol. just no.
step 5: no processed foods. basically nothing in a box or can.
step 6: WATER WATER WATER!!! strive for 2.5 liters or 64oz (8 8oz cups) a day!
essentially, it's a vegan diet but no processed foods either.
going back to the times of hunter gathers. if you can't find in nature don't eat it.
for cravings, use this chart and just cut out anything that isn't vegan or that is processed.
for motivation, do this with a group of friends. support is vital!!
hint to help: eat small but often. have 4-5 meals a day just smaller portions. eating fruits and veggies can get old fast so look up a bunch of ideas using only fruits veggies and nuts. home made soups or dips like hummus
hint to help: hold off on any exercising because it may make you want to stop the diet or feel sick. and don't eat too much of one food. for example too many bananas and you can get sick from the potassium or too many carrots and you can turn orange.
now if you try this. be careful. personally in 7 days I lost 11 pounds. if you have to cheat make it small like some grilled chicken or feta cheese on a salad. always have people who can help you keep going around. and don't forget to like and save ☺️ good luck!! comment if you have any questions :)
