  • Ingredients:

3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package of chicken flavored stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp pepper
    1 tbsp dried thyme
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    6 toothpicks

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • First prepare your stuffing by placing in bowl then adding 1 cup of water. Mix and let sit for a few minutes then add the egg and mix well.

Next prepare your chicken by placing each one in a large freezer ziplock and pound the chicken till it's about 1 inch thin. Then after season with salt, pepper & thyme.

Then you take the stuffing and spread evenly on each piece of chicken covering the whole piece. Next roll the chickens as tight as you can and place tooth picks in to secure. (Some of the stuffing may fall out but that's ok)

  • Next place chicken in a baking dish with the open side on the bottom. If there is any stuffing just put it back in the pieces on the side. Cover with the soup mixture then top with paprika and parsley. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes!

  • Finished product 😊 Take toothpicks out right before serving! I served mine with some mashed potatoes and spooned some of the sauce over the top.

Enjoy!
