😻👍 Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pasta 🍝✨

Yummy pasta dish for dinner time 😋
- 2 boneless chicken breast skinless
- salt & pepper
- adobo ( blue cap
- garlic powder
- minced garlic ( 5-6 cloves
- fresh bag of spinach leaves
- 1-2 jars ragu Alfredo sauce ( the one that says 4 servings
-1box 16oz rotini
Cut the chicken breast in medium size chunks
- season chicken with salt pepper ,adobo (blue cap) & sazon food coloring
-Heat up your pan, add oil enough to cover the bottom of pot
Once oil is hot, add the pieces of chicken
Cook for like 10-15 mins. Until you see no pink and chicken is well cooked.
While chicken is cooking . Start boiling water for pasta.
Salt the water & bring to boil.
Once boiling add 1 box rotini. Cook 8-10 mins till al dente
Mince your garlic for next step
When chicken is done, set aside.
When pasta is done set aside but make sure you save some of the pasta water (1cup at least * that's if the noddles get stuck together the water will losen them up and it helps to if sauce is too thick
-In new pan medium heat melt butter and add minced garlic
Cook for few mins then add 1bag of spinach
-mix & in 4-5 mins the spinach will wilt
-add Alfredo sauce,cook for a few mins
-add chicken stir around
Add the rotini last!
