  • firstly, I didn't do any extreme exercises. I did regular activates such as shopping, walking to shops and more. I  thought this was great because doing the things I love burn calories.

  • secondly, woman are suppose to have 2,000 calories a day. I cut out 500 calories per day which means I cut out 3,500 calories a week. 3,500 calories in total equals one pound. I lost one pound just by doing this step everyday :)

  • Now! One of the major things that helped was that I  stopped eating after 8pm. This means, meals didn't lie on me while I slept. If I couldn't sleep, I would have an ideal bath or a warm glass of milk to help me because I tend to bored eat at night due to a lack of sleep.

  • I always made sure I had my breakfast. This could either be cereal, toast served with fruit and a healthy glass of orange juice. Studies show that people who actually eat breakfast lose weight easier and faster then those who don't have breakfast.
