3 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into ยฝ-inch pieces

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons maple sugar (or dark brown sugar)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat.
