What is Musely?

Musely is a free mobile app and website where healthy living comes naturally. Tip It, Shop It, Live It with Musely. Revitalize your routine with green tips, organic products and healthy habits in beauty, wellness, baby, food and more. Invite friends and get inspired to live healthy, confident, and strong together!

How do I create a Tip?

Create a tip in several simple steps. First, click the + icon located on the main Tips feed in the upper right corner. Choose a Topic and then add a catchy and factual title. Upload stunning pictures, text, and products showing readers how to experience your tip.

Who owns my content?

You do! We respect your privacy.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

What is your return policy?

Free Shipping on All Orders Over $25.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date the product is shipped. All returns are subject to brand approval.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that some brands may take a few weeks to process your refund.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, request a return on the Musely app or website (Profile > Orders), and we'll refund you. No questions asked.

Do I need a Musely account to buy products?

No, however we suggest you create an account so that you can easily check your order status and also have access to our amazing tips and products.

When will my subscription be shipped?

When you place your subscription, you are placing your first order. Your order will be shipped 3-4 days after subscribing.

What will I be charged?

For The Starter Subscription, you'll be charged 15% off the product's current list price once per month. For The Essential Subscription, you'll be charged 40% off the product's current list price once per month.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the same date that you initially subscribed of each month. For example, if you started your subscription on June 5th, you will be auto-charged on July 5th, August 5th, and so on.

Can I skip a month?

Yes! We'll send you an email a few days before each monthly order is placed, and you'll be able to skip any months that you don't need your subscription.

What is the cost of shipping?

Any subscription ships free!

How do I cancel?

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next billing date. Otherwise, you will be billed for the following month’s box. To unsubscribe, please log in to the Musely app and cancel using your Options menu, available by clicking the top left menu in your profile. Select "Subscriptions," and you'll see all your subscriptions. Click in to the subscription you'd like to cancel, and click the Cancel Subscription button. There are no cancellation fees.

Canceling your subscription will stop the next and all following subscription orders; however, if you have a pending subscription order, you will still be charged for it. To cancel any pending subscription orders, please go to your profile and click the button labeled "Order." If there are any pending subscription orders, you may cancel them there.

Can I cancel at any time?

For The Starter Subscription – yes!

For The Essential Subscription – to offer you this special discount, we require a 3-month minimum subscription. However, if it just isn't working out, you can cancel any time after the first 3 months!

Why should I become a Muse on Musely?

By becoming a Muse you will have the opportunity to earn commission by selling brands products on Tips. As a Muse you will have your own store in which customers can see all the products you are promoting and the tips you create about your store's products.

Who can become a Muse and promote products on the Musely App?

To become a Muse and promote products to earn commission you must be at least 18 years or older and located in the US or Canada.

How do I set up my Muse store?

Upon registering for the Musely Seller App you will be asked to create your store. Your store is where users will be able to view the products you are promoting as well as the tips you create on the products. You will be asked to create your store's name, logo etc. Once the look of your store is setup you will need to add your payment account. In order to receive your commission earned you will need to provide the bank account number and routing number for the deposit. The final step to create your store is to add products to your store. Click on the Find tab to see the latest products available from the brands available. Once complete you will see a coral bar at the top of your store, click on this to make your store public to the Musely App community.

What is the commission I am able to earn?

Each product will have a commission rate set by the brand. Please note brands may have different commissions for different products so keep an eye on the Musely Seller App to view the latest updates from the brands.

When do I get paid my commission?

Commissions earned are paid on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Commission earnings must reach a value of $100 or more prior to be deposited into your bank account. Please note the commission earned will be held for 30 days in order to ensure the customer doesn't return the product purchased.

What happens if a customer returns a product I promoted and earned commission on?

Customers on Musely have a 30 day return policy. If a customer decides to return a product sold through your store within the the 30 day return policy time period any commission earned may be removed from your Musely Seller Account.
